Has filtered water system, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, 4 slice toaster, all dishes and cutlery. 1 1/2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms plus small room with daybed. Sleeps 8. No need to bring linens, that will be supplied. Huge yard with fire pit. 5 minute walk to the sandy beach of Ipperwash and no steps to climb. Wifi, gas heater, portable AC unit available. Huge deck and natural gas BBQ. You can hear the waves from the cottage, so relaxing. I will take pics inside once all set. No smoking inside cottage and I’m sorry but no pets.
