Why are you selling? I'm busy building another business, and I also have a consulting business, so I won't have time for this business. I've also been in it for a while now, and I'd like to take my investment out. 2. How many hours per week does this take to manage? During a typical school week anywhere from 5 to 7 hours. 3. Do you missions to locations? Some yes, some no. And to the ones that I do it's very reasonable, a standard expectation, and worth it. 4. Why would I buy this, it's so much money. I could just buy some machines and do it myself. Its priced high because of the excellent machines and the high value locations. And you definitely could start your own business, but like 95% of the poeple who do that, you'll probably fail. I'm sorry to say, but starting a vending business is not easy, and way harder than most people think. That's why there are always machines being dumped on for sale sites, often from failed attempts. But it's pretty darn easy to run. Also, I spent $100k getting this going, plus thousands of hours, but I'm selling it for about the same, but fully fleshed out, profitable, and awesome. Seems like a no-brainer to me. But if you want to take the hard road, be my guest. 5. Who repairs your machines? They don't really need repairs, other than the odd small part needing replacement, and I have distributors for that. And that's honestly pretty rare. That's a part of why these machines have a higher price tag. They're like the Mercedes of vending machines. 6. Will you mentor the new owner? Absolutely! I want the next owners to be successful with this business and take it to the next level. I'll mentor and support the new owner until they fortable with everything. Plus I have extensive files, documents and industry knowledge to pass on. You'll be totally set. Valuation: Machine Value Breakdown: • Crane Merchant Media 472 6-Wide Combo Machines – $ $10,742 each • Coinco Vantage Series Downstacker Bill Acceptors - $450 each • CPI Cashflow 700 Coin Acceptor - $450 • Coinco Iris Reader - $340 • Iris Media Telemeter - $340 • Branding - $500 (honourable mention, not included in value) = $12,322 per new machine • A reduced (70%) value of each machine (assessed based on the replacement value of a machine with the same specs, which is $12,322, before taxes, shipping, moving and branding). The machines are only 7 years old. $12,322 new machine cost * 70% used value = $ 8,625 per used machine Annual Sales: • An average daily sales metric for one year. The value of the high-quality locations must be taken into consideration, and everything that's gone into securing them, because without a good location, a vending machine is just an expensive refrigerator. o Sales over the past school year came in between $170 and $205 per day, and the previous fiscal closed at $53,706.75 in machine sales, which is an average of $4,475.56 per month o After removing the CoGS of $19,397.12, you’re left with approximately $34,309.63 to manage your other business expenses, commissions where applicable, taxes, paying yourself/a driver, etc…all of which is your own journey and I leave that to you o But if we were to reasonably assume a profit of $20,000, that’s an extra $1,666.66 per month, for about 6 hours of work each week. Not bad. * Side Note: October 1st to November 15th, 2021 brought in $9,145 in revenue. Whereas October 1st to November 15th, 2022 has brought in $10,159.75. Last year was an incredible year, but this year is already pacing even higher, with a $1,018 increase over the past 1.5-month span. * Disclaimer: Not every year will be the same, not every location will be the same, and as with all businesses, there are no guarantees with the financials. But, as far as businesses go, overall vending is pretty steady and consistent. $53,706.75 2021/2022 fiscal sales / 7 machines = $7,672.39 sales per machine $ 8,625 + $7,672 (machine + sales) = $16,297 * 7 machines = $114,079 + other items, valued at approximately $6,460 = $120,539 Total Sale Value = $99,158 Sale Price
