Launching this summer LBP Contracting is a brand new business based here in the capital. Were an environmentally conscious pany. We specialize in natural ponds and pools but we offer plete list of landscaping and home reno services. With every project we want to put the green back into your life. You see, we here at LBP have a deep love for the natural beauty of our province. The idea for our business came about one night while a group of us were camping in the Calabogie highlands. We're all tradesmen and we're all outdoors folk.
Ontario has some of the most beautiful terrain in the world and people everywhere for years have been replacing it with concrete and chemical filled pools. Flat and plain lawns. So we figured why not bring a slice of that natural beauty back into your property. Keeping in tune with our message, natural beauty is always in mind. A detailed knowledge of local flora and fauna help us deliver a beautiful oasis inspired by nature. Every job has 2 things in mind: 1- how can we turn your property into your perfect escape. 2- in some way how can your space work for you. Every project we design can be more than just a space. Fruits, Vegetables, Berries, even Herbs and Spices can all be planted threw out your space to bring function to the beauty. The average cost of a concrete pool is $70 to $80 a square foot while our natural ponds average $30 to $35 per foot Squared. No chemicals or constant maintenance, and far lower hydro requirements make natural ponds and pools the cheaper option.
We also offer several prefabricated container homes, camps, or cottages. Each of our 6 units have been designed to be on or off grid and be as luxurious or basic as you'd like. units range in size from 330 to 3000 square foot. A simple bunk house to a 4 bedroom family home. The average cost of building a home here in Ontario is $240 per square foot. The average cost for us to build one of our units is $170 a square foot. We also have a unique ability to work in remote and hard to reach places. allowing you to get top quality renovations no mater how far off the beaten path.
