Looking for Gym Buddy Downtown

I have a Fully Equipped Gym at home (Bars, benches, plates, weightlifting and aerobic machines, bikes, elliptical, dumbbells of light and heavier weights 60+ lbs, mats, water dispenser, etc) and would like to find a Gym Buddy to support each other during workouts and exchange exercise and sports supplements knowledge if possible.
I am NOT looking for a Fitness Coach, a Personal Trainer, or someone to sell me supplements. I'm just looking for a Gym Buddy, someone who likes to work out and try to keep in good health and would like to do so with someone else from time to time.
I've been out of practice with the weights for some time due to work and study, but I would like to resume some activity to see how things go.
I'm not a Gym Rat, just your average guy in somewhat decent shape trying to do his best with some weights: 5'10", 160 lbs, average body. To give you an idea, the most I did with bench press was around 150 lbs, but it should be considerably lower now due to inactivity.
My Goal is to hopefully gain around 10 pounds of lean muscle mass and get ripped within 6 months, or at least gain some muscle definition. So, if you're right now at an advanced level like petitions, we are probably not a match.
