FOR SALE 2017 Jayco Alante. Model 32N. 33’ 2” motorhome. 12’5” tall. 101“wide. White with Victory blue graphics. 25,753 miles. This is a truly great unit and we truly hate to part with it, but our situation has changed, so we must. The unit is in excellent condition, and provides an abundance of indoor counter space for cooking, a generous table for eating, fortable lounging area. This is a great area for relaxing or for playing games on those cool evening or rainy days. The convenience of a built-in generator and an inverter allows for rest stops anywhere, or camping off the grid, with all your appliances available to use anytime. The large capacity water tank and large holding tanks also provide you with the option to camp anywhere. The bathroom is nicely laid out, and has plenty of storage. The spacious shower stall fortable shower time, even for tall folks. The ample interior closet & storage space is exceptional and for us, some drawers and cubbies remained empty. There is also a lot of exterior storage and 3 of the larger lower bins are a pass-through design. Great for packing in your outdoor mats, barbeque, floaties, inflatable paddle boards or kayaks, foldable chairs and tables and so much more. Naturally, the benefit of all the exterior storage is that the indoor space remains uncluttered. We’ve also got a new winter storage cover (over $600 value) for the motorhome, which was used only once (winter of 2021 to spring 2022) and is in perfect condition.
The basics Ford F53 Chassis 6.8 V10 engine 6-speed automatic Torqshift Transmission with overdrive and tow haul mode. The other stuff The Queen size bed in the bedroom, has had the mattress up graded. It is fortable. There is even more storage under the bed. Dinette folds down into a bed. With even more storage under the bench seats. Stainless steel Dual sink in the kitchen. Pioneer infotainment system. Rear backup and side view cameras. 17-foot electric awning Slide out cover awnings (fabric was replaced fall of 2021). Seamless fibreglass domed roof. 40” Living room LED TV, and a smaller LED TV in the bedroom. 40 in LED TV in the Exterior entertainment centre. 4000-watt ONAN generator (gas powered, off the main fuel tank) 1000-watt inverter, powers all TVS and infotainment system. Automatic leveling system. With 4 hydraulic jacks “Fantastic fan” vent fan in the bathroom. 12 cubic foot fridge, (was an option) Flexsteel reclining theater seats, (was an option) 77.5 Gallon fresh water tank. (US gallons, includes water heater) 40-gallon heated grey waste tank. 50-gallon heated Black tank. Dual control hot water heater, use either 120 volt or propane. Or both 56-gallon propane tank. 2, 120 volt, 11,000 btu AC units, with separate controls. These will keep you cool on the hottest of days. There is also AC driven off the engine for that fort while you are driving
Comes with Blue Ox tow bar, approximately 6500 lb. Towing capacity. ( If important towing capacity will have to be confirmed )
REPAIRS DONE in the last year. Engine antifreeze was replaced. All engine cooling system hose clamps were replaced in March 2022. Engine oil changed March 2022, at 25431 miles. New main engine battery replaced, August 2021. The 2 batteries for the house were replaced in Nov 2021. (2 Large 6-volt deep cycle batteries) 3 Slide-outs; 2 in the living area and one in the bedroom. All 3 have topper awnings, the fabric was replaced in Oct 2021 on all 3. Windshield was replaced in August 2021. New wiper blades.
