Available for rent a fully furnished bedroom with full bathroom on a semi private level of our home to a working individual or student. Must be a non-smoker. It is approximately 1400 sq ft of total space which includes the bedroom, additional tv room and hallways (not just your average room rental!).
Bedroom includes 55" TV with Fibe, dresser with mirror, queen size bed and space for items you wish to add. The bathroom is private and for your use only. You will also have your own refrigerator on the same level. You will be expected to provide your own food and toiletries with linens, towels and cloths being provided.
Included in the rental is full access to the washer and dryer so the only thing shared is the kitchen but if you pany we have a large living area with a fireplace you are more than e to use. There is also space for parking. We are located close to the university and CNA.
We are a small family of three with a 16 year old, three cats and a dog. Our environment is rather quiet which makes fort living. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me and damage deposit of $300 is required.
