Recently renovated and optionally fully furnished room for rent in large 3 bedroom house including furniture. The fastest option unlimited Wi-Fi internet, phone (including LD) are available for $1 extra. Laundry facilities are onsite. Within walking distance to grocery store, bank, etc. Please CALL James 613-937-5092 (we usually respond the next day) to setup a time to see the rooms. Closest major intersection is Arthur St. and Water St. All rooms are inclusive of heat, hydro, water. Optional fully furnished room and Wi-Fi internet, phone (local calls and CDN long distance). Coin laundry onsite. The landlord mon area cleaning supplies. The house has recently been renovated including updates to the bathrooms. Shared kitchen has lots of pots, pans and dishes and a microwave. The renovated bedrooms have ceiling fans, new interconnected smoke alarms, locks on the door to your bedroom.. We have upgraded the hot water tanks to be tankless units so you wont run out of hot water. You are responsible for your own bedding and meals and taking your turn to clean mon areas, etc. I run a VERY clean, high quality, no nonsense house that is smoke free (you are e to smoke outside). You will be expected to keep it that way. These are the cleanest rooms around!! We have other rooms that e available periodically if you need a room in the future.
