Large 30 Year Pre and Postwar Lionel Trains Collection

I have been collecting Lionel Trains for over 30 years and it is time to let them go. My plan was to build a large layout upon retirement, but I have since lost interest in that idea. There are over 1500 pieces and all are high quality condition with some very rare items included. I did not collect the lower end trains or keep them in my collection. I have most of the postwar accessories, and many are in original boxes with some never being used. Included is a very large collection of pre and postwar parts, acquired from a former Lionel repair shop. I have stacks of original catalogs, instructions, reference books, and likely 20 years of Classic Toy Trains magazines, that are also included. Also included are quite a few postwar American Flyer S gauge trains.
THE PHOTOS ONLY SHOW A PORTION OF THE COLLECTION- there are hundreds more pieces that are not photographed. The ibuyca photos are terrible quality but I can text better photos to you. Unfortunately, I do not have a list of the items- it just didn’t seem important 30 years ago when I started collecting. Some of non-train related items shown in the photos, are not included. Serious inquiries only. I WILL NOT SELL INDIVIDUAL PIECES AT THIS TIME so please do not ask.
