Land & Project Share - Near Algonquin Park - Hamilton

Good day !
The goal is to resonate and collaborate with a similar-minded person, in order to:
1. Purchase a property near Algonquin Park , located 30 minutes from West gate,, approximately 2 acres in size, with views of a large pond, adjacent to infinite Crown Land..Ownership of this land should be 50/50, purchase investment at around $70K, per side. ($140,000 is total cost of land).
2. Bring in electricity (available at the end of driveway) and dig a water-well... Build the main house, with a rustic timber style, a structure such as main house and workshop of approximately 600-700sqf.
3. Each of the "partners" will build either a tiny home on wheels, and/or multiple 10x10 structures (with a larger loft space). These 2-4 units will be for our own use, and a possible Bed & Breakfast Operation, or even an AirBnb listing.
4. My skillset, building tools/equipment and present financial condition are sufficient to build what is presented within this plan. Basically we will need a nice land with character (found a great option) and then , approximately $90,000 each person/"partner" to cover cost of landscaping, excavator rental fees, structural and rough lumber, building materials , finishings and furniture etc.. The aim is to set up an independent and less-stress lifestyle, truly minimize it , enjoy the amazing nature of Algonquin area, having the basic rental e operation, while benefiting from the proximity of Algonquin Park, and its visitors.
5. We will grow our own vegetable garden for self-consumption, have some chickens, and a few small animals on the property. Guest will be ed to bring their pets for this outdoor lifestyle experience. One can call it "glamping", nonetheless, it is a small outdoor lifestyle operation for 2-3 groups of guests, with full support. Very similar to a 4 season Tiny Home , with decking and outdoor space available and a few activities available at the property. ( I pleted similar project for others before).
6. Ready to make prompt decisions, will begin alone in the end of May 2023.
7. All labour will be done by the 2 "partners", with some hired help for the larger/heavier parts of the job.
8. If both "partners" could live and work at the property, it should take about 10 months for all to pleted and operational.
