Best sunsets in the park. ~ 2 bedrooms (queen in the master, bunks in 2nd bedroom and optional pop up couch in living room) ~ full bathroom ~ complete kitchen (gas stove, full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, full set of utensils, coffee maker, BBQ utensils plete set of pots and pans) ~ 12 x 12 add a room to sit and enjoy view. ~ Cable TV in front room, with Firestick in bedroom. ~ Sherkston high speed WIFI. ~ New A/C unit ~ Weber BBQ ~ 2 Firepits. One on lakeside, one on opposite side of trailer. ~ Lifted golf cart included in rental.
Sherkston shores offers: ~ 2.5 km's sandy beach. ~ Quarry ~ General store and laundromat. ~ Basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts. ~ Nightly activities, entertainment and free fireworks display on Saturday nights. ~ Skatepark and arcade. OPTIONAL Funplex passes can be purchased at renters expense which offers you the unlimited use of main pool, jacuzzi, splashpad, waterpark and mini-putt.
Further rental information: ~ Sherkston initial $10 per person fee will be added to rental charge . ~ Security deposit of $300 to be returned upon check out inspection. ~ All renters must be 25 years of age. Which also applies to operation of golf cart due to insurance restraints.
Rates as follows: Peak season rates. June 17th to September 18th. Monday to Friday - $2000 Friday to Monday - $1800 Full week - $3300
Off season rates: May 24th to June 17th Sept 19th to October 31st Monday to Friday - $1000 Friday to Monday - $800
All check in times 3:00 pm check out by 11:00 am.
