Phillips Bros Excavating is a family business of over fifty specialized, dedicated employees who are here to get the job done for our customers. Our philosophy is “Small Enough to Listen, Big Enough to Deliver”. We are a pany that can handle any job big or small. Our past and current projects have included but not limited to: municipal street reconstruction, culvert replacements, new construction site preparation, chipping, grading, grubbing, floating, crushing, street sweeping and snow removal. We also provide many specialty services for our customers based on individual needs. Due to expanding business demand, we are currently looking for a qualified Laborer's to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following: - Experience in construction would be considered an asset. - Safe operation of basic tools - Ability municate and report effectively - Problem-solving abilities - Good physical condition, must be able to work long hours - We are willing to work with you to gain experience and skills in other areas of the business
As a successful candidate, you will have a positive attitude, be a contributing team player, have a passion for a job well done and be willing and able to work long hours when needed. You must have reliable transportation to and from the site as required. We pensation package petitive wages based on experience, qualification and quality of work, and petitive group insurance coverage.
