KitchenAid Torrent magnetic drive blender (Candy Apple Red). Powerful 1.8 HP (1400 W) motor. Revolutionary magnetic drive technology locks the big pitcher (1.8 liter / 60 ounces) while working and it is easily removable once finished. Four (4) pre-programmed settings offer juices, soups/sauces, milk shakes and iced/whipped mixed preparations. Each programmed setting has a variable speed sequence adapted for one specific kind of recipe. There is also a pulse mode and a manual control button of the speed, which enables you to adapt the blending to the end texture desired. While the appliance is switched on, you can add ingredients from the top. The included measuring cup allows you to measure the added quantities at the same time. You will be able to create recipes with a coarser texture, salsa for example, by adding ingredients at the end of the process.. Integrated 'Intelli-speed' will adjust the speed of the blade, depending on the density of the elements in the blender. The bowl and the accesories are dishwasher safe. Built to fit under cupboards.
