- for sale by original owners - we love this trailer but our kids are older and not interested in camping anymore - great ultra-light trailer that can be pulled with many mid-sized trucks or full size SUVs - in clean, excellent condition, like new - always been parked in the city during winter (no mice or bug issues) - modern & cozy interior, smoke & pet free - mid size trailer with great floor plan perfect for family - sleeps fortably, up to 8 if small kids - motorized rear slideout king bed with forter - sofa & dinette convert to beds - lots of storage space - arched ceiling for great headroom - flat screen TV - air conditioner - spacious fridge with separate freezer - microwave oven - 3 burner gas stove with gas oven - full bath with skylight above shower & tub - bathroom has linen closet with 2 shelves & door above counter in addition to medicine cabinet which newer models do not have - half door provides access to bicycle storage under flip-up lower bunk - outdoor camp kitchen with 2 burner stove, sink, water spout, coil hose, and extending surface/cutting board that newer models do not have - bright outdoor lights, LED awning lights & outdoor speakers - we’ve added a power jack, roof vent covers, shelf with hooks above toilet, toilet paper hook, paper towel dispenser under kitchen cabinet, lock for bathroom door, custom installed corner shelf below TV, ladder for bunk bed, swing out grab bar handle outside entrance door, and locking bar on battery box - gently used from 2015-2019 & in 2021 on average 3 times per summer for mostly weekend trips - everything in working order - trailer needs 2-3 cosmetic (non structural) repairs for which we are getting quotes Why pay more for newer models when you can have like new condition for fraction of the price! For reference, new 2023 model of this trailer sells for $55,000 + gst, while 2022 model sells for $44,000 + gst, both without bathroom linen cabinet and outdoor camp kitchen.
