Access is excellent via about 1km on a well maintained forest service road suitable for any type of vehicle, trailer etc. The forest road connects directly to highway 6 (that joins Vernon to the Arrow Lakes/West Kootenay) with travel time about 90 minutes from Vernon.
Prior to the current claim the area was passed by a legacy title that dated back over 20 years.
Asking $10k (price drop from $12k)for this property given its attributes including the access and topography that are favourable to the possibility of mechanical exploration. The claim includes overlap of the pan/shovel only placer reserve area open to the public.
