Rockwall™ – Fire Rated Wall Panels
Rockwall™ fire-rated wall panels consist of a unique Rockwool mineral fibre core called ‘Conrock‘ with laminated sheet steel permanently bonded to both sides.
Once Rockwall™ panels have been installed according to the specific Intertek/Warnock Hersey certification guidelines, the assembly provides 1, 2 and 3 hours of fire resistance with a 4”, 5” and 6” core thickness (respectively).
Once secured in place, a finished Rockwall™ building, ceiling or partition wall also provides a strong and reliable thermal performance system. Structural Panels Inc. offers support, manuals and guidance to anyone looking to work with Rockwall™ panels. Rockwall™ panels can also help reduce insurance costs, protect against loss of business, and even save lives.
Isowall® – Insulated Wall Panels
Isowall® insulated wall panel systems consist of a rigid EPS (Expanded PolyStyrene) foam core with laminated sheet steel permanently bonded to both sides. A finished Isowall® building, ceiling or partition wall provides a strong and reliable thermal performance system that can be installed quickly and easily by almost anyone.
Isowall® panels are energy efficient and feature an aesthetic profile that will look good for years e. From small coolers to mercial buildings,
soffits to demising walls, ceilings to partitions, Isowall® insulated wall panel systems provide the ideal energy-efficient and economical continuous insulation solution for any building project.
What is Quickliner™?
Protect, renew, and extend your project with Quickliner PVC wall panels and ceilings. Quickliner forms a barrier between your wall and harmful elements like moisture and harsh chemicals. Our PVC wall panels are your best line of defense.
PVC wall panels are easy to clean and don’t support mold The plastic wall panel finish protects your walls from heat, moisture and chemicals and creates a bright environment. Quickliner PVC wall and ceiling panels are extruded from food-grade PVC so they can be used in food-processing facilities, clean rooms and anywhere biosecurity is important.
Quickliner™ is an extruded PVC panel with a glossy finish and interlocking joints along each edge. The PVC plastic provides a superior aesthetic as well as an easy-to-maintain wall and ceiling finish!
Wall trims and other accessories are available for inside & outside corners, edges, wall or ceiling interfaces, and panel joints to modate all of your project requirements. Fasteners and spacers are available.
Panels range in thickness from 2” for Isowall® and 2.5” for Rockwall™ all the way up to 10” thick. The R-value of the panels is 4 per inch, with another 0.1 added for the steel on the front and back. Example: a 4” Isowall® panel is R-16.1, and a 6” Rockwall™ panel is R-24.1.
Our panels are CFIA accepted, and contribute to LEED certification programs and Net-Zero energy targets.
Our panels are also weather, mold, mildew resistant and are of no interest to insects, rodents and other small animals.
