Rates: $325 per night, min 2 nights. (Limited availability). Weekly: $1800, Sunday to Sunday. SUMMER available dates ( see below) : June 4 -June 11 (weekly) July 30- Aug 6 ( weekly) Aug 6, 7, 8, 9 (daily) Aug 13- Aug 20 ( weekly) Aug 20- Aug 27 ( weekly) Aug 27- Sep 3 ( weekly) Fisherman’s paradise (Walleye/ pickerel, crappie, bass, Muskie) 50% deposit required to reserve your dates (non refundable). Balance to be paid 1 week prior to your reserved dates along with damage/clean up security deposit. Check in time 3pm Check out time 12pm Cottage is on pigeon lake, Kawartha lakes Ontario. Situated on the Trent Severn waterway, tri-lakes. Home to abundant of fish species, with many lakes to boat around and explore. Great place to relax and a fisherman’s paradise. This is a 4 bedroom / 1 bathroom open concept cottage that offers a large deck overlooking the water with stunning view of pigeon lake. The property offers 70 feet of waterfront with a dock to tie your boat to, as well as a flat large level lawn. Includes: - kitchen (electric stove/oven, microwave, fridge) - 1st bedroom ( queen size bed) - 2nd bedroom ( queen size bed) - 3rd bedroom ( double size bed) - 4th bedroom ( single bed) - propane heater as well as electric heaters for the cold nights - WIFI - a/c unit living room - electric fans - BBQ (propane) - fire pit ( camp fires) - ample parking space. Boat included: ( must provide pleasure craft license) - 16 feet aluminum fishing boat with 15hp tiller outboard motor. Seats 3-4, has live well, bilge pump, trolling motor, onboard charger. Gas not provided. Close by amenities: - emily provincial park: beach,swimming, biking, (3 mins) - boat launch public ( 4mins) - town of Omemee: with the following stores, foodland, LCBO, coffee time, hardware store , circle k convenience store 24hrs, omemee public boat launch (10mins) - Ross memorial hospital (25 mins) - esso gas station/variety store ( 4 mins) - trans canada trail (6 mins) Damage security and clean up deposit $1200. ( all garbage must be bagged and removed prior to departure. Premises must be cleaned as on your 1st day of arrival)
