Remote Lead Generator Job description We are searching out municators for an exciting lead generation campaign in the industry of Real Estate Investment
Tasks include the following: • Calling prescreened prospects to discuss if they are interested in selling any properties they currently own or would like to sell in the future. • Taking detailed notes from prospects about the condition of their properties. Obtaining a basic idea of the price they have in mind for the sale of their home. • Sending the lead to the Real Estate Investor client, for their team to follow up and close the deal.
Support provided to the agent: • Full training on how to use the client outbound calling dialer software, which is provided to the agent. • Full training relating to the product/service and the process for calling prospects, including: questions to ask, how to handle objections, how plete the lead forms. • The agent will receive all tools necessary to carry out the tasks for this position. • Full HR support will be provided for the home-based agent, including any additional training requirements, technical support, and payroll support, with payments Made by ACH transfer.
Potential candidate requirements: • Friendly and engaging telephone manner. • Ability to work from a suitable home-based environment. • Agents need a well-organized and structured approach to working, with the self-discipline and motivation to work from home.
*Computer with 8GB Ram i5 or better processor CPU benchmark of 3000 or more • Internet connection of at least 3mbps upload and 20mbps download speed 20 or less PING with the capability to be hardwired in.
*Headset with noise canceling microphone. • Previous telephone sales or customer service (call-center or home based) is an advantage; it is not absolutely necessary for these positions, as full training is provided. What is more important is an enthusiastic and determined mindset, and a professional, confident, engaging and friendly phone manner, with some puter skills, and administrative abilities. Also need to have experience as a Phone Agent (Sales, Retention, Lead Gen, etc...) and/or Real Estate experience.
Other information: - $15 US per hour professional services position. - Part-time or full-time 20, 30, or 40 hours per week schedules available. - English with clean diction - Applicants must be from North American (US/CDN) May live anywhere Job requirements Potential Candidate Requirements: • US/Cdn Citizen - must provide proof of identity • Willingness to work 20 - 40 hours per week • Friendly and engaging telephone manner • Ability to work from a suitable home-based environment • Well-organized and structured approach to working, with the self-discipline and motivation to work from home IT Requirements • Internet connection of at least 3mbps upload and 20mbps download speed and a ping of less than 20. • Installed Memory (RAM): 8GB MINIMUM Processor: Intel I3 (ideally I5) or AMD equivalent/I3 Core 6th Generation Intel. minimum Benchmark score of 3000 • Whilst previous telephone sales or customer service (call-center or home based) is an advantage, it is not absolutely necessary for these positions, as full training is provided. What is more important is an enthusiastic and determined mindset, and a professional, confident, engaging and friendly phone manner, with some puter skills, and administrative abilities.
