History:
Jelly was found by an American on vacation. She stayed with her while she was there and Jelly considered her as her safe place and owner. Then the American left and Jelly was left behind in a kennel where she was caged 24/7. The American said that street dogs had been trying to attack her and felt she was safer in the kennel. A local rescue in Delhi found out about her and took her in. They reached out to us at Niagara Dog Rescue and asked if we would be able to bring her to Canada for the chance at a better life with a loving family. Jelly is great with all people, dogs and even cats!
