Jayco Jayflight 32’ Bunk House Dual Slide trailer. Call or text 709-727-1869 to arrange a viewing. The following is a list of issues with the trailer. Even if you have to put a few thousand dollars into it, it’s still a great deal based on the price of new trailers these days.
A. Propane tanks are expired B. Mixing valve of propane distribution hose is broken so the propane only flows from one tank. C. The electric jack for the leg that supports the trailer is broken. I have the attachment for manually jacking the tongue up and down. D. The motors for the front and rear stabilizers/levelers don’t work. E. Front stabilizer can’t be lowered or raised manually (it’s currently in the fully raised position). Rear stabilizer can be raised and lowered manually. I have the attachment for manually jacking the stabilizers. I also have 4 jack stands for the four corners that I’ll include in the sale. They do a better job of stabilizing the trailer than the built in stabilizers. F. New main battery required. G. Propane tanks cover not available H. Folding stairs to main door are corroded and won’t fold out. I. Small area of damage to flooring inside main door. J. Toilet seat broken. K. A couple of the blinds in the windows don’t work. L. Sheet metal seam at front of trailer opened up. Needs to be secured/riveted back in place. I put tuck tape and duct tape over the seam to prevent water from getting it but I’m not sure how much water got in before I noticed the seam had opened. M. Air conditioner fan sticks upon start up but will turn if you tap it with your finger. N. Minor damage to some trim and cupboard doors.
