Insurance Specialist (remote) - WE ARE HIRING!

We are the largest division of the Globe Life, a Fortune 500 Company traded publicly on the NYSE under the symbol GL. We are currently looking to expand our North American operations. Entry-level positions are available for both insurance enrollment officers and sales management positions.
American e Life: AO has served working class families since 1951 with life, accident, and supplemental health products to help protect members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families. AIL representatives develop long term relationships with clients and meet them where they are fortable... in their home virtually on zoom.
This job is 100% Commission and is solely based on sales results. New agents average $60,000 - $90,000 their first year. $125,000+ their second year. The bonus structure can be extensive with tenure, as well as numerous incentive trips paid for by pany, so get your passport ready!

Duties: - Distributes all insurance enrolment materials and determines eligibility. - Handle ing customer service calls - Dispatch ing customer phone calls - Accept customer calls and return customer - Respond to client request for coverages while representing their best interests. - Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system. - Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.

Requirements: - Working Computer - Cell phone (unlimited long-distance calling) - Access to Wifi - Must have a Canada Life, Health, Accident and Sickness Insurance License, (depending on the Province of residence) or be willing to get it. The licensing class takes about two weeks to study and then take the test. The course costs $188 usually and is tax deductible + testing / licensing fees.
AO has adjusted our business operations. As such, all interviews will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. *Candidates must live in CANADAcurrently even though this is a remote position. Once you are hired, you have the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.
