Impulse Elite OCD System - Oxygen extension device

This item is intended to extend the useful air in an oxygen tank. It works by metering oxygen when pressure drop from an inhale demands it, so you're not constantly pushing oxygen out when you are not inhaling it. Extends portable tanks significantly.
Comes with a D cell that powered it on after years of storage. This device passed all tests in 04/02/11 and has not been used since. This device is subject to a recall in which it is repaired or replaced. Number is in second link if you'd like to see what steps are to field recall.

It has not failed as recall suggests and may not, however It has NOT been repaired or replaced and still needs the recall addressed. It is priced as such. New owner can get it replaced either when it fails or goes in for recall service. You're e to verify that via support number listed prior to purchase (98946 serial).
Comes with print manual, a couple tank wrenches, a few hose connectors and a seal replacement.
