Very roomy open concept 2006 27’ Carriage Compass 5th wheel RV with 2 slides. This high end trailer has Oak cabinets, is extremely clean inside and out, and has been meticulously maintained. The plete with Solar Panels and inverter allowing one to camp for several weeks without the need for outside power. It also has a built in vacuum. The Satellite Dish is installed on the roof and automatically finds its own signal. It has an upgraded larger TV. The unit sleeps 5 and has a fortable walk around queen size bed. There is exceptional storage inside and out, featuring 13 drawers in total plus a 6 drawer pantry. It has a 4 burner stove with an oven and range hood, and a barely used microwave oven. The kitchen features granite counter tops, and a double sink with granite covers. The sofa makes into a double bed and the kitchen table sleeps one. There are large storage areas under kitchen benches. The bench cushions have reversible covers, one side leather and the other cloth. The toilet room has more storage cabinets plus storage cabinets over the head of the bed. The closet slide in the bedroom has a set of built in drawers. Closets on either side of the bed features built in bedside tables with power outlets. There is a large shower with a skylight. There are 2 Fantastic fans in this unit, plus air conditioning. We have installed an awning over the large slide to prevent leaking and are in the process of installing new tires. We also installed a rear hitch for towing a boat or small trailer. This unit will definitely last for a very long time, and will hold its value because of the many extras that we added. We are asking $30,000.00.
