This has been a great massage chair but we just replaced it with one of those $2300 chairs from Costco. pany makes their chairs in California and parts are still available. At one point I had to replace the handheld controller. The up and down roller function works perfectly but the ponent is not working. That is a part that you can order on the Internet and the installation is pretty simple. I never bothered with that because the chair works really well with the rollers which get to the major muscle groups. Feel free to stop bye for a free massage
