Ice Shack - 8'x12'

Selling our ice shack. Nothing wrong with it, just out grew it and needing to build bigger. Main area is 8' x 12' with extra 2' built out for wood stove. Floor is 2"x4" with 3/4" plywood, walls are 2"x3", strapped on outside with metal siding, insulated and vapor barrier with wood panel and hardboard for inside walls. Skids underneath are recycled plastic, so skids on ice nicely. 5 holes, we used 4 for fishing and one for camera. Every 2"x4" for floor joists are drilled and anchored to skids with structural strength screws. Built sturdy but not too heavy.
Comes with: Wood stove (NOT one in picture, will be changed out), 100 watt solar panel, solar charge controller, 2 - 12volt batteries with 360Ah of reserve (used to be backup batteries for cell towers), and 1100 watt modified sine wave inverter. Wired for 120v with two lights and two power outlets. Also has stub extension cord ran outside to plug into generator if needed. Batteries will run lights and 42" tv for 8 hr day easily.
NOT Included: Wood stove in picture (will be smaller but sufficient to heat this area), any fishing gear in pictures, TV, chair and bench seat cushions.
