Methods of payment - You can DRIVE TO MY HUGE FARM ESTATE SALE NEAR St. Albert or pay at least $20 in advance with email transfer. These are the only 2 ways to get this item. I will not load it unless I have at least a $20 email transfer. Sorry but it's too risky for me to load it up and drive it to you hoping that you'll answer your phone when I get to your location.

Address- This item is in a warehouse on my farm so The only way e pick it up is to text me and drive out just 9 minutes North of St Albert. I will give you the EXACT address when you're READY e (I don't give it out before otherwise people tend to show up when I'm not home).
Opening hours - I'm often there during the day and I'm there almost EVERY morning between 9 am and 11 am and every evening between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Delivery might be a better option for you.

Delivery - I can deliver right to you and put it wherever you want. it's a $20 delivery charge if you wait till it’s convenient for me within 1 week. Rush delivery within 24 hours is a $50 delivery charge. The delivery charge must be paid by cash, email, PayPal or credit card before I will even load it. You can pay the balance in cash when I drop it off or you can just trust me and pay for the delivery AND the item with one email transfer.
Drop off - I can leave it on your door step or I can leave it with a neighbor. I can also deliver when you're home. I can even deliver in the evening.
Delivery outside of Edmonton / St Albert- $2/km both ways
