Horse Logging Service

Horse logging services. I am available for small or large jobs, serving private and public landowners. If you have a woodlot and would like to harvest the trees without causing damage to the woodlot then please feel free to give me a call or text. At this time I am not buying standing timber, I work at an agreed upon rate for so much a thousand board feet depending on type of timber, terrain, length of skid, or length of haul to road, or if it is a few days getting out some firewood just by the hour. I cut, skid, pile, and haul to a landing accessible to trucks. I do not own a log truck or transport logs to mills. Willing to travel a fair distance for larger jobs if I have room to set up portable camp, corral panels, etc. Note: the red pine logs on the truck were just some plantation thinnings I did for a small landowner who needed thinning done. Not something I do a lot of but certainly something I'm happy to do. I'm based near Peterborough but willing to travel for jobs if you have a spot for a camp.
