Home helper (some childcare)

I need someone e into my home to clean and provide some childcare to my 16 month old daughter. Some overnights will be required as I travel a lot for work. I have three children (11, 8, 16 months) and the children’s grandmother stays with us. The grandmother takes care of all cooking related duties.
Duties would include (but are not limited to) -Assisting older children to get ready for school and possibly after school activities -feeding and bathing the baby (dressing, etc) -house cleaning House cleaning will be required. A list of all duties can be provided. The cleaning can pleted when the bigger kids are at school. The baby is relaxed and happy and easy to take care of. My schedule will include one week of being away from home overnights and one week of being home. When I’m home the schedule can be flexible and negotiable. When overnights are required, the person will have their own private bedroom to sleep in. If someone needed modation full time that could be arranged as well. Willing to pay cash between $1600-$2000 per month. References required.
