Job Description and Experience: We are seeking a Full Time AZ Driver Instructor for our in-cab and in-class training at our Mississauga Branch. In house training and shadowing will be provided. Flexible hours, local work, and hourly pay. Having extra safety certificates are an asset but not required, must have a minimum of 5 years tractor trailer experience, along with a good driving record and clean CVOR. Duties and Responsibilities: - Deliver training to the highest standard, meeting expectations - Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to: curriculum training, safe operation, equipment maintenance, industry and legislative safety standards - Conduct student evaluations (marking and grading) prehensive student progress reporting - Proactively and municate updates and issues to campus supervisor (site, equipment, safety, student, curriculum - Consistently demonstrates a professional code of conduct - Experience in formal instructional training is a considerable asset - Superior knowledge of industry practices - Demonstrated experience working in cross-cultural environments
Skills: - Passion for instructing and mentoring others (students, peers) - Naturally outgoing and at ease at interacting with others - Confident decision making - Strong understanding of customer service
