High roof 2002 Ford E250 camper van

High roof, 2002, Ford E250 Campervan.
I have lived in this van for the last 5 summers, May-November. The raised roof allows for standing room and makes the van feel more spacious. Previously, it was a WorkSafe BC, disability van so was well looked after. I am selling as I now have year round modation. Van was rarely used the last two winters.
- 193,963km - Leisure battery hooked up to alternator in order to charge while driving. USB wall charger and internal overhead lights over the kitchen. - Comes with Winter and Summer tires both on rims. -Storage at the back which can fit a bike. - 3 seats with seatbelts: Bed folds up to e a bench.
Recent work:
- Dec 2022: Rear brakes, rotors and calipers replaced. - March 2022: Battery replaced. - July 2021: Front brake pads and rotors replaced. - May 2021 Alternator replaced. Regular oil changes.
Perfect van which has served me well over the last 5 years. It has regular wear and tear from living in the van, the usual BC rust, mattress and cooker are not included.
