High-End LED Light Therapy Lamp

This is a Northern Lights Technology SADelite I LED desk lamp, a Canadian-made adjustable light therapy lamp designed to treat SAD and other conditions. It delivers 10,000 lux at an 18 inch distance, which simulates daylight. Normal use is 20-30 minutes per day. I did a ton of research on these lamps and this is one of the best out there. (Tip: Almost all the cheap ones on Amazon don’t actually work. If you read the fine print, they only deliver 10000 lux at dangerously close distances.)
