Healthy Meal Prep Service - Weekly Pickup in DT

Hi, I am offering weekly meal prep services in Toronto. I have been cooking for over 10 years and would love to share what I’ve learned with those who don’t have time to meal prep or simply don’t enjoy the process. I am open to making recipes following a specific diet as well.
This service would be for 5 days out of the week, two meals a day for lunch and dinner. I would give you meal options for that week based on your preferences. The food options would change each week unless you want to repeat them. I can make all types of dishes; rice dishes, curries, sandwich ups/wraps, salads, stir fry etc, I can make a healthier substitute for your favourite dishes as well if requested :) My only exception is that I don’t use pork in my kitchen. Aside from that I’m open to all foods, whether you are vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian etc., we can work something out. You can also let me know about any food allergies or restrictions, along with any foods you don’t particularly enjoy.
This service would be $175 per week, that includes grocery, meal prep time and containers. Pickup would be once a week in the DT area. Message me if you are interested and we can discuss some more details!
