I can service your harvest right freeze dryer oil-free vacuum pump if it taking too long to run a cycle or the vacuum isn't as deep as it used to be. (tip seals need replaced every 8000 hours of use). if your machine is still working, but making a metallic ringing sound that wasn't usually there, stop using it right away. if a bearing breaks, the pump is likely scrap and cannot be serviced. my rebuild service is based on harvest right charges, which is 375USD or 480CAD +HST (shipping extra). how long it takes depends if i have the parts already. (usually no more than a couple weeks) this cost is for a full rebuild. (includes bearings). a minor rebuilt (just seals) should be cheaper, but since I won't know how over-due any given pump is (unless I used it myself with an hour-meter), it is wise to replace the bearings anyways. I have sold out my inventory of vacuum oil-free scroll pumps that have been recently rebuilt. no HST if paying with Cash. Generally sell for $1500 despite what harvest right says about these pumps, here are the actual specifications from the manufacturer, 2.5cfm noise: ≤57dBa 550watt motor these things are a bit heavy, (over 20kg), i can ship anywhere in canada for $60 via canada post, $110 to USA via UPS.
