Plus shipping and handling and tax at the time of purchase 3 years ago it was around $1000.00. Right now it costs $800.00 free shipping. So I am asking half price for what it is worth now since it does have some surface damage and the bottom drawer is broken, new bottom drawer can be purchased on Walmart site or Wayfair site for about $50-$100. Surface damage can be fixed by sanding it down and using baby safe wood sealant to give it that like new shine again. All tracks are still in mint condition. Unit is still very solid, real wood. Comes with all parts as is. No instruction manual but easy to put together, instructions can also be found online if needed though. Pick up only, only selling because I ordered my son a new bed since this unit is now too large for his room. Mattress will not be included. Will pletely wiped down and sanitized before pick up but will disassemble infront of buyer so you know where the parts go. Edit* lowered price to $200.00 from $400.00 need it gone
