This book is THE classic cookbook from 1980 by Zoe Coulson This is THE cookbook that so many new homemakers started with and it is still a favourite today. It has all the classic meals with step by step clear instructions that is like gold to a just beginning cook. There are 1,300 recipes, with more than 5,000 drawing (which were sketched from actual photos as the dish was being made) to help spell out step-by-step the easy to follow recipes. Each step is numbered so that you can keep track of where you are. Although the dust-jacket has suffered from time it has kept the book itself in nearly new condition. There is no writing, or staining or any other problems with the book itself. BTW - these recipes are fool-proof - they have each been tested 6 times. There is so much more to mend this classic but I'm sure the first dish you make with it will be testament enough.

I am selling this book as I need to thin down my various collections which have grown huge over years of collecting. We are in White Rock - right by the Semihamoo Mall.
