Gigabyte G27F2 Monitor 4 Months Old - Moncton

I purchased a Gigabyte G27F2 Monitor from Memory Express in Dec 23 2022. Still has manufacturer clear stickers on it.
It has begun with lines on the bottom exactly where the taskbar is. Has 3 years repair warranty from Gigabyte. I unfortunately don't have time to send it away for 3-4 weeks for I purchased it to work from home. Lines in picture.
Payed 284$. If you know how to fix it, or if it doesn't bother you, its available. Comes with 1 month old 10FT HDMI cord.
