Job Description:HIRING: Are you experienced with home renovations? General Contractor: (2 positions available) Must have 5 years of experience or more in renovations, including but not limited to: demolition, framing, drywalling, flooring, finish carpentry, managerial skills, mand of renovation terms and problem solving. You will be a team lead, and represent pany on various levels. Salary pletely negotiable for the right fit. We want someone who will grow with us and treat pany as their own. There is never any shortage of work and as a salaried employee with benefits, work hours are guaranteed at all seasons of the year. 3 weeks paid vacation included to start. A three day trial will be held on a job site to determine skill level and pay rate. If candidate is selected for full time permanent employment pay rate will be finalized in a job offer letter. The trial period will be paid at a rate of $35/hr - 8 hour shifts during the three day trial. Renovation Assistant: (3 positions available) Must have 1-2 years of experience minimum or more in renovations, including but not limited to: demolition, framing, drywalling, flooring, finish carpentry. Must have experience using powertools. You will assist the owner on various projects. A vehicle is not mandatory but must be able mute to Brampton office daily. Work hours are typically 8:00am-5:00pm. We want someone who will grow with us and treat pany as their own. There is never any shortage of work and as a salaried employee with benefits, work hours are guaranteed at all seasons of the year. Salary to start at $22-35/hr + depending on experience. This is negotiable. The successful candidate plete 3 successful paid trial days with us prior to proceeding with work contract & payroll.
