Responsibilities
The tasks of the job are the following:
Answering of the telephone is greatly appreciated by our customers and potential customers. Professional friendly greeting of customers visiting our showroom is also important. If you think that you can enchant those who call and visit, then this position might be for you.
Involved in this position is telephone answering and directing the call to the appropriate team member. You will be greeting those who walk through our door by appointment or not and making them feel e and important until the sales rep is ready. A professional yet friendly and helpful manner is always required.
You must be an municator. Able to listen, understand, and speak clearly with confidence. You will relay clear messages to your team members. You must be able to speak and write both English and French equally.
This position also involves taking daily repeat orders and processing them by entering the order into the RSA order system and advising operations.
Perform general clerical duties included but not limited to photocopying, scanning, and inputting data.
Strong excel skills to keep track of Accounts Receivable
Clerical tasks dealing with invoices, Maintaining Schedules, Sales Posting and Administrative work.
Familiar with Microsoft Office - email
Support management team in assigned project-based work which may include drafting and modifying a variety of documents and/or correspondence as well as performing basic accounting functions
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bilingual English & French (written and oral)
• A minimum of 1-3 years experience in receptionist or customer service
• Rigor and sense of organization
• Relational and teamwork skills
• Computer oriented with good Microsoft skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Someone who can think on there feet
• Problem Solver with good multitasking skills
