Job description Alberta Forest & Garden currently has an opening for a Retail sales and parts representative to assist in the Showroom and parts Counter in their fast paced environment.
Minimum requirements:
-Outdoor Power Equipment Industry Experience an asset, but having a positive attitude is most important! -Self-motivated & ability to work as a Team member and individual tasks when needed municator with both customers and colleagues -Organized, & have excellent problem solving skills -Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel an asset -Able to work shiftwork or full-time, alternating weekends and alternating s--Stat holidays -Must have own Transportation
Job Responsibilities:
-Assisting customers in store, email and over the phone -Responsible for providing quotes to customers on various Outdoor Equipment -Helping Customers in the decision making process with various outdoor equipment eg. Chainsaws/Lawnmowers/Lawn tractors/Snow blowers/Grass trimmers & Landscaping hand tools * Sales Training provided in store and online -Updating Inventory files pany website when needed (Website experience is not needed but is an asset) -Re stock new or current products and Maintain Showroom Organization -Processing orders and finalizing payments on POS machines *Rewards & company Perks*
