Fronius grid tie inverter broke? Call us first

If your Fronius inverter stopped working ( nothing on the display) call us first before you call Fronius Canada. Fronius Canada will use just about any trick to not honor warranty. We are a pany located in Mississauga that had Fronius units leak water inside ( Fronius inverter supposed to be water tight and are certified to install outdoor) and destroy the units. Standard response from Fronius Canada was "The cause of failure was power surge" we have investigated other cases with Fronius and found out that they will use any trick in the book not to honor warranty. I am writing this because I want people to be aware of the case. I will not charge you any money or try to sell you any inverter.
