From the Manufacturer Prevent frozen pipes with this Basic FreezeAlarm (FA-B-CCA ) from Control Products. The Basic FreezeAlarm will call any telephone number when the temperature in a remote home or vacation property drops below 45 degrees. It plays a voice message warning of falling temperatures in the home well before the pipes freeze. It continues to call until the alarm is acknowledged. The unit automatically resets after alarm conditions have been corrected. There are no monitoring fees and installation takes only a few minutes. FreezeAlarms have been protecting homes and cabins and mended by panies for over 20 years.
