Free Nordictrack Eliptical

This machine will give you a workout but note that the power isn’t working so you only get one level. I still used it for a long time though as is and you can get a great aerobic workout. I have bad needs and find it gentle on my knees and joints.
You will need to disassemble it. I’ll help you carry the parts out to your vehicle. It’s in my basement so we will have to carry the parts up the basement stairs. The plastic part at the bottom has a few cracks but this doesn’promise the workout (see photos). I can show you how to use it in a couple of different ways to work different muscle groups.
