This GORGEOUS offering from Gretsch is quite possibly the nicest guitar available in the "Under $1,000" price range...
With ZERO blemishes, marks, or defects; this beauty is COMPLETELY indistinguishable from a brand new guitar; It even still has the film plastic on the truss rod cover! It has been put through a thorough Luthier's inspection; and has had the interioir bracing, as well as the neck angle, bridge and interior bridge plate, fret heights and edges, and binding thoroughly inspected, and is verified to be in PERFECT condition.
Any apparrent blemishes that appear in the photos are merely either reflected light, or are simply cat hairs or dust that my wiping down may have missed. (or fingerprint smudges that can be easily wiped away)
With an onboard built in pickup, with an active pre-amp that also has built in noise cancellation features, this guitar's sound amplified has to be heard to be believed! (The noise cancellation feature helps dampen the sound of clicks and hum that monly produced by beginner guitarists, or those who are not used to playing amplified...
I am not being hyperbolic in the least when I say that this is possibly the nicest sounding amplified acoustic I have EVER heard, INCLUDING Taylor and Martin guitars that cost thousands more.
The action is SUPERBLY low, right at the factory standards; meaning it is an absolute JOY to play, and is FAR fortable/easy to fret full barre chords than basically all of petition.
(Any lower action; and you would have the beginnings of fret buzz; but this beauty is in the IDEAL range; as low as you can get while still having tje perfect tone)
With a pearl inlay for the Gretsch inlay on the headstock, as WELL as the "Steer/Cattle emblem on the headstock, AS WELL as for the "thumbnail" style fret marker inlays, this guitar is every bit as beatiful to look at as it sounds!
Currently; A seller in London is charging 619.99 BEFORE tax; on Reverb for this same beauty; which e to a total of just over $700.00.
This is a great opportunity to save well over $100 on a flawless beauty. (I am also offering a MINT CONDITION Fender hard case for just $45, which is actually less than I paid for the case; the cheapest I have seen these cases for on ibuyca is $70, and I have seen people asking $125 for the same case, in the same condition...)
