Our Company specializes in the wood framing of Multifamily Homes. We are looking for an experienced Framer to help lead our construction team. In this position, you will construct the wooden frame of the house. You will work along side the owners to manage the team. You will ensure that the building is built according to the plans and in a timely fashion. Our ideal applicant has 10 years of carpentry experience and is familiar with all aspects of wood framing. The candidate should also have a solid work ethic. Having a journeyman ticket is a plus. We have a rotative forklift on site and provide a positive work environment with lots of room for growth. Framer Duties and Responsibilities Study the blueprints for the structure Order the appropriate amount and type of material Cut the lumber into the appropriate lengths Supervise a team of laborers or construct the frame yourself Inspect the work of less experienced workers Framer Requirements and Qualifications Consction experience Experience with a variety of hand and power tools Blueprint reading skills Forklift driving experience Compensation range: $35-$45/hr Call or TXT George: (587) 438-9432 Rico: (438) 873-7330
