Forno Bianchi 30 DIY- Wood Fired Pizza and Bread Oven

For sale is the Forno Bianchi 30 Precast wood burning pizza/ bread oven , architectural fire brick entrance , stainless insulated chimney and refractory chimney flue. The dome is handmade, casted and vibrated in a two part mold, made from high quality refractory cement which is rated to 2800 degrees. The dome has a minimum of 2” wall thickness and in most places 2.5” ensuring great thermal mass and excellent strength. This is the perfect start for a do it yourself backyard project for the summer. Specifications Length- 42" Width Inner- 30" Diamater Width Outer- 34" Diamater Opening Inside -1 6" Opening Outside- 20" Height - 19" Weight -350 LBS Roughly What you will need to do plete the Oven: - Build a base -Build a Floor ( Firebrick) -Insulate Floor (Fire-board Insulation ) -Dome Insulation ( Insulation Blanket) -Finish Exterior (Stucco/ Parge/ Tiling ) I can also get Fire brick, Refractory Cement, Fire Board Insulation, High Temp Mortar, Insulation Blanket, chimney assembly. Remaining Supplies can be purchased at local hardware stores. Costs for Remaining Supplies: • Durablanket Dome Insulation (3”) – 300$ • Owens Corning Fire Board Floor Insulation (2”)-200 $ • Fire Brick floor Tiles ( 12x12x2.5) 360$ • Vermiculate for Dome Rendering- 60$ (Mixed at a 4:1 ratio with Portland cement) • thermobond refractory mortar-60$
