You want to live in it year-round without having to move it unless you really have to. MMRH prides itself on building tiny homes that can be used year-round in hot and cold climates.
On the exterior, we’ve got siding and roofing material that can standup to the most extreme weather. We use tempered casement insulated windows which are the same that you will find in any modern house. The floors, walls and ceilings are insulated at R-values that are typically not seen in other tiny homes and definitely not seen in travel trailers (Ceiling R45, Flooring R52.5, Walls R22.5).
All of our homes plete off-grid capabilities as an option plete independence from hydro and municipal services. This tiny home has pletely constructed indoors. This ensures a dry and clean environment within your home. Foundation is provided by a triple-axel Transport Canada approved trailer that will be able to support the lifestyle you place on and in your Tiny Home for years e.
