Being in the excavation and grading business since 1987 and being an owner operator, there is not much that I haven't done. The mon pieces of equipment used for grading and excavating that I own are a 6'1' wide skid steer; 6 ton Midi-ex (12 foot; dig depth), 6 FOOT WIDE skid steer on tires, 6 FEET skid steer on tracks, and a 5'8'' WIDE 3 ton; mini-ex that can dig 9'10.

Thank-You for not emailing how wide my equipment is. Either machines have a min. charge of $550.00 for 3 three hours of on site work(except for the 6 ton) 90 % of all my ibuyca work has been done in the 3 hours. So if your the kind of person that wants to save money by helping out on your own project by doing it yourself, you be the contractor, you do the measuring, hire your trades, shop for the best prices, and capitalize on the cost savings, it's all on You Tube for you to learn. The only thing you can't learn overnight is the excavating and grading part, not to mention the equipment you have to rent from the rental stores is more than I charge including the operator. Don't take chances, hire me and my equipment, save your piece of mind and money elsewhere. If your project requires excavating for trenching, waterproofing, concrete slab removal, driveway removal, rear additions, water sewer services, rear walkouts, armor stone placement, hole auguring. All Locates must be valid (locates are good for 60 days) and current prior to any excavating/grading. Rates for 2022: Some services fall into a quoted price,not all are a min. Mini-Ex Min. $550 min 3 hours on site $100/hour after. For waterproofing estimate $10.00 per linear foot Skid-steers $550 min. 3 hours on site $100/hour after. 6 ton midi $900 min. 5 hours on site $125 / hour after. Hole Auger $250 extra on top of bobcat cost. 12, 18 or 24 inch holes only. Combo $850 min 3 hours on site $125/hour after.
