Fish Shack / Ice Shelter / Ice Shack - For Sale

22' 1984 Vanguard Trailer converted into an ice fishing shack. This trailer is registered/insured through SGI.
This unit is equipped with the following: -Forced air furnace (propane) which provides heat through the duct work in the insulated floor. -The original 12V inverter. Very handy for when you're not running a generator. -7 holes throughout the shack with catch covers and pails. -2 - 32" TVs with wall mounts. -2 - 12V fans. -The original stove/oven. Both work. -Fishing rod holder, tool/parts bins and wall magnets. -Plenty of counter and cabinet space. -Pine Board walls. -Booth style dinette with removable table. Items not mentioned may be able to be worked into the deal.
We normally supplied power to the shack with a 3000W generator. This was mainly used to power the 1500W heater. Would usually run the furnace for the initial shack heat up or during the really cold days. Either option worked well.
This unit is currently located in Radville. $7,500 obo.
