Carpenter Johnny builds Winnipeg Decks and fences for subcontractor wholesale pricing for quality work charged on a hourly basis that knocks all petitors out of the park while also carrying valid WCB and General liability insurance. Here are the conditions:
1. You supply all the materials. Carpenter Johnny will make you a detailed materials list to order materials that can be delivered to your address via the Lumber supplier of your choice.
2. You either have fence posts or helical piles installed before I arrive, you pay for post hole diggers which I will supervise or we build on deck blocks resting on gravel to save you money. I will connect you with reputable professional fence post or helical pile installers who will do such work reliably for fair prices
3. Carpenter Johnny will not loan you money for materials.
4. If the home owner wants to save on money for labor, carpenter Johnny can leave his helper at home and work with the home owner, to save around $175 per day. The home owner has insurance coverage as the property owner. The home owner will also have to hustle to keep up with the carpenter.
5. Carpenter Johnny as a subcontractor offering wholesale pricing on the labor does not apply for building permits.
6. The homeowner has to give carpenter Johnny a beer at the end of each work day.
