Farmhand Wanted. e a farmer! Get in shape and be your own boss. Lifechanging experience. Endless knowledge. The more you put in, the more you get out. The list of duties, although neverending-as there's always something to do on a farm are very rewarding as you see your investments grow. Chores change with the seasons.
Be your own boss, learn to: Keep bees, basic vet skills, psychology, animal training, gardening, drive an assortment of vehicles, e a caregiver, learn to cook, clean, carpentry, mechanic, manager, bookeeper, groundskeeper, butcher, arborist, plant and harvest crops, Put in fencing, Rescue, Farrier, Sales manager, general laborer, = FARMER! the list never ends. Lots to learn and do. Is it hard? It can be a little overwhelming when you start. Learn municate. Too much? Say something, and we find a routine that works for you. Physically, you work at your own pace with what you can do. Too heavy, too much, ask for help or change your routine. Learn to pace yourself and not bite off more than you can chew. It's definately a mental workout, as you're always planning ahead and working to set up your future and make things easier for your next task. Work smart, not hard. Is it consistent? Yes. There is ALWAYS something that needs to be done. Pace yourself and do what you can. Struggling? ASK FOR HELP. Communication is key. There is no judging. Shorter winter hours, Longer summer hours. Want to make money farming? Raise your own stock and sell your own produce and wares.
Sharred odations. (Shared house) You get a room, shared bathroom, use of kitchen -rest of house, grounds. If you wish some land to plant your own crops, or want barn space, we can work something out. You get unlimited knowledge, experience. Shelter + food in return for work, with the opportunity to excell into whatever position you want. Save and make your own money.
