This came out of government as surplus New they run $1100-1300 in Canada. It is undamaged, but I can find no model number or exact representation on the net to figure out how to adjust the tension based height adjuster. Other units I have had like this require the user to set the height by the weight of the laptop using a threaded adjuster.
